Ryutaro is an Assistant Manager with Sanko Estate's International Department. He is responsible for new business development, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with property owners, including Mitsubishi Estate, Mitsuifudosan, Mori Building, and others.
Commercial Real Estate Experience
Ryutaro joined the International Department at Sanko Estate in 1999. Over the course of his seven years in the Tokyo commercial real estate industry, he successfully closed over 100 transactions. His prestigious client list includes Rothschild Japan, Group Rossignol, PCA Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Air Liquide Japan, AQUENT Inc., Dolce and Gabbana Japan K.K., Air India Limited, Bowne of Tokyo, and Research In Motion.

With 35 successful transaction closes in 2001, Ryutaro was awarded as a Top Producer within Sanko Estate.

Ryutaro is a member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
Education
Ryutaro was educated in the Faculty of Law at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo. He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFMG), Certified Real Estate Consultant, holds a Realtor License and is bilingual.
