Ryutaro is a Manager with Sanko Estate’s International Department.
He is responsible for new business development, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with property owners, including Mitsubishi Estate, Mitsui Fudosan, Mori Building, Mori Trust, Sumitomo Fudosan, Kowa Real Estate and others.
Commercial Real Estate Experience
Ryutaro joined the International Department at Sanko Estate in 1999.
Over the course of his 11 years in the Tokyo commercial real estate industry, he successfully closed over 160 transactions.
Education
Ryutaro was educated in the Faculty of Law at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.
He is a Certified Facility Manager(CFMG), Certified Real Estate Consultant, holds a Realtor License and is bilingual.
