Due Diligence Services
The Due Diligence team prepares market analysis and price comparison surveys for investors, banks, securities firms, building owners and other professionals involved in real estate industry. This team analyzes and quantifies accurate values of real estate to assist clients in the areas of disposition, acquisition, valuation, securitization, etc. Some of the concerns we have recently addressed include:
- Interest in investing in leased office buildings, but client requires knowledge of anticipated future rent levels;
- Interest in reviewing a current tenant's rent, but client requires knowledge of the current market rate and how to apply it correctly, and
- In order to securitize a building, client needs to understand the competitiveness of the building within the market.
In order to answer these and other questions, the Due Diligence team uses the accumulated data from the knowledge and transactions completed by Sanko Estate's office leasing professionals to create a detailed market analysis.
During recent years, the Due Diligence team has prepared reports for approximately 450 properties each year, from single properties to portfolios of properties. Currently, the Due Diligence team is extending their services into new areas of a diversified real estate market.
